Dr. Thomas Riley is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon with more than 15 years of clinical experience providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care. Born and raised in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, Dr. Riley developed an early passion for both sports and science, which naturally guided him toward a career in orthopaedic surgery. He began his academic journey at Villanova University, where he demonstrated strong academic achievement while competing at a high level as a member of the university ice hockey team.

Driven by a deep interest in medicine and human anatomy, Dr. Riley went on to earn a master’s degree through the Drexel University School of Medicine. He then completed his medical education at Temple University School of Medicine, where he built a strong foundation in patient care and surgical principles before entering the field of orthopaedics.

Dr. Riley is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and maintains active hospital affiliations with Coral Gables Hospital, Kendall Regional Medical Center, and Larkin Community Hospital. He is a professional member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Arthroscopy Association of North America. Known for his thoughtful approach and dedication to patient outcomes, Dr. Riley focuses on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and helping patients return to active and fulfilling lives through evidence-based orthopaedic care.
